A Note about Phone Numbers
If you are calling from abroad, we would recommend that you use +44 207 099

If you are calling from a mobile phone, you may be charged for 0800 numbers,
and you may find it cheaper to call us on 0207 099 5260 as this should be at a
standard rate or covered by your inclusive minutes if you have them. Please
check actual rates with your telephone supplier.
Anquet does not profit from any charges levied for phone calls to Anquet. We
offer two alternative numbers to hopefully allow our users to minimize their
costs in calling us.
Contact by Email
If you email us, you should get an automated response
from our system saying that you query has reached us. Please, at this point
don't feel you are talking to a system and will be ignored! This is purely
done to make sure you know your message has reached us, and is not lost on
the internet.
If you do not recieve a response email within at most
an hour, it is possible your email has not reached us, This can be for a
number of factors, but it is normally an over zealous spam filter. In which
case, either email us from another email account if you have one, or please
give us a call on one of the numbers above.
