Walking

The map of choice for walkers in Great Britain is Ordnance Survey Explorer 1:25,000 scale mapping. At Anquet we have four ranges of products using Explorer mapping data:

Ordnance Survey Landranger 1:50,000 scale mapping is also very popular with walkers. Whilst not being as detailed, it is significantly cheaper. We see a lot of walkers buying this data for large areas, and then in-filling with Explorer data for areas they walk in a lot. We have two major series utilising this mapping:

Cycling

Cycling generally covers greater distances than walking, and therefore Ordnance Survey Landranger 1:50,000 scale data is best suited for this purpose. The complete National Cycle Network is shown on Landranger mapping. We have two major series utilising this mapping:

Local History
	For Local Historians, our historical mapping is available in our Historical Map series of products.

Road User

For road users, Anquet can provide either the 2010 Road Atlas of Great Britain or our range of A to Z Street Atlases.
